Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed and prepared within 2-3 business days. Because our soaps are handcrafted in small batches, processing times may vary occasionally during very busy periods, 

Standard shipping is available within the US. Estimated delivery times shown at checkout begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. KiKi's From Scratch is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. 

If your package arrives damaged or there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at kikisfromscratchsoapco@gmail.com. Please include your order number and photos of the product and packaging when applicable. 

We carefully package every order and appreciate your patience as out handmade soaps make their way from our South Louisiana kitchen to you.
